What's in a Bag?

Each “Bag of Love” is customized to the specific age and gender of each child as well as their unique needs and preferences.

Items are chosen to offer not only practical support but also emotional reassurance.

Each bag includes clothing, outerwear, toiletries, books, activities and toys, a handmade quilt or fleece blanket, and a stuffed animal.

Who Receives a Bag?

Bags of Love provides essential support to children facing crises stemming from abuse, neglect, poverty, homelessness, or disaster. Our wraparound service supports both the children and the agencies that care for them.

How Do Children Get a Bag?

Over 170 agencies regularly request Bags of Love to support the children in need who seek their help. These bags are provided entirely free of charge to both the agencies and the families they assist. Our agency partners include organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul, Cornerstone Community Housing, Lane County WIC, local schools, and many others.
